Ahhh, little Xander. He has had quite the spring. He decided to try out another hair style - this one is called "the Harvey Two-Face", as in the villain in Batman. See how the hair is different on each side of his face? He loved it!
One of Xander's recent accomplishments? Riding his bike without training wheels.
Another great accomplishment was another ABBY Award for Xander, the only student in his class to earn two awards this year.
A few weeks ago I got to accompany Xander's kindergarten class as one of their chaperones on their field trip to the Strawberry Farm. It was so fun to spend that time with him and his cute classmates.
While Xander was petting some of the animals, this goat decided to try to give him a head butt which took Xander by surprise.
At least there were other animals that seemed a little friendlier.
Xander and his close buddies, Orion and Dayne.
Xander's Kindergarten year has exceeded our expectations. Xander has blossomed this year under the loving care and instruction of his wonderful teacher Miss Tomcanin as well as his reading teacher Miss Machovic. He has made incredible strides in his reading and writing; every day I was blown away with the writing samples and stories he would bring home.

He looks so huge! Didn't I just see him 2 days ago! What a fun kid!
That is awesome! He really is growing up. You have good kids Tracie. I just am crossing my fingers that Brandon doesn't bring home too many yellow or red cards next year in Kindergarten.
