We were not fully able to appreciate the experience George Washington and his men had at Valley Forge - no rain, mud or disease. Instead, we got to explore this beautiful spot in the heat and humidity and truly enjoyed it.

One of these days when we come out to Baltimore, we are definitely going to have to do all the historical sites. I think it is so cool that your kids are exposed to great history at a young age. I want mine to be too!!
I've been dying to go there ever since I read those two books about the Revolution!
